“My daughter was seen as a new patient today. We arrived a few minutes early and were called back before the scheduled appointment time. The nurse was extremely helpful (her medical records hadn't gone through yet, but the nurse worked to find her vaccination records so we could get them up to date with her well check AND completed paperwork for daycare) and polite. The doctor was GREAT with my 18 month old. He completed the examination with the perfect distractions for her to not get upset, and she was in my lap the entire time. The nurse brought a book for us to take home, and gave her her first lollipop after her shot (which was a huge hit). When we were checking out, I stopped by the front desk to book her next appointment and the woman there was extremely polite and helpful, both regarding my daughter and helping us to update our account since we recently moved. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews, so I thought I'd post my recent (this morning) experience here.”
