“I’ve been to a lot of studios in Charlotte and this is my favorite by far. It’s definitely challenging but that’s what I like. Great facility, instructors are cool, and a lot of classes throughout the day to accommodate your schedule. What’s not to like unless you’re being petty.”

“I've been doing Crossfit for five years, and for four of those years I've been training with Sam and Chris. I have yet to find two more caring people, who have found the perfect balance between making sure you're comfortable while at the same time pushing you to be a little better every day. I would trust them to bring out the potential in a young athlete who has college sports potential. I would also trust my 80 year old grandmother with them. And that's saying something, because she's my fav. The point is they know how to coach, bring out the best, and befriend all levels. Chris and Sam have made a community that is welcome to all. No matter how bad my day has been, when I am walking out of Kaiser's doors after a great work out and surrounding myself with great people, i'm laughing and smiling again. I'm also the fittest I've ever been.”
