“WOW! Exceptional customer service and clinical expertise at its best! Had an eye infection so went to my regular MD a week ago. Despite the prescription drops, no resolution. Wife forced me to see an eye doctor so I reluctantly went and saw Dr Major. She was extremely thorough and performed a battery of assessments, compared to my MD who just glanced at my eyes and gave me a generic drop. The Zylet drops Dr Major prescribed had an immediate effect as she diagnosed that I had a baterical infection. Shame on me for not going to an eye doctor for eye issues in the first place! :) Glad I did and having Dr Major made all the difference. Now I can watch Les Miserable today with my family without wanting to scratch me eyeballs out!”

“I was nervous about my son’s appointment and how it would go based on the rating and other’s experiences. Overall I would say the wait time was not outrageously long. Dr. Winifred was amazing! She listened to my concerns and spoke directly with my 10 yr. she made him feel at ease and brought peace of mind to us. She didn’t rush throughout our appointment. I really couldn’t be more pleased. The staff at the front was not rude. As soon as we left the office my son told me how nice the doctor was and how he really like her. He is taking all of her recommendations very serious. I would recommend this practice.”
