“01/14/2019- When I rented my most recent Public Storage unit. The lock from the prior owner needed to be cut off. It took several weeks to get the old lock cutoff from the unit. When it was finally cut, the new lock I had purchased from Public Storage would not work. It was not until I came back to the facility when Bill was working and explained the situation to him that I was finally able to get my locker open. Not only did Bill come up with a solution, but he was patient and kind during the entire process. Thank you Bill for another example of stellar customer service. 12/22/2018 My appointment with Tina today was worth my writing an addendum to my prior review describing the excellent customer service I received at this location. Tina was a delight to work with. She answered all my questions. She was patient, professional and friendly. If I ever need a third storage unit, I hope Tina will be there to work with me again. 11/2018 I was in the midst of planning a move and had reserved an additional storage locker at this site. When my move date changed, I canceled my reservation. Bill called me to confirm that I had indeed canceled, and he was super understanding about my cancellation. Nowadays it's not often that I encounter a person in sales who is understanding about a cancellation! As soon as I get a firm move date, I plan to re-order a storage locker at this facility. Thank you for your fantastic customer service Bill!”

“Baruu Advertising Group was referred to me 5 years ago by a friend. Since then, I have been ordering company supplies every 4-6 months for my residential painting business. Some of those items are tshirts, promotional items, car magnets, uniforms, hats, jackets, just to name a few! David is knowledgable of all products and is able to email me photos of the items I am interested in to see how they look with my logo on them, before ordering - very impressive! I always receive my items within 2-3 weeks. David and his office manager, Irisol, have always been most helpful and responsive. They are very friendly and much easier to deal with than online companies who only communicate through email or have a customer service agent who doesn't even know who I am. I highly recommend Baruu Advertising if you are looking for someone who is friendly, knows who you are, and has a quick turn around time.”

“The service at this location was fantastic. The pharmacy manager checked my dad's blood pressure and she was very thorough. She had looked up his most recent prescriptions from about 2 weeks ago, and asked about his medications regarding high blood pressure before proceeding. She was also very friendly, and had a nice smile, which is a great plus. :) Also, while awaiting the prescription to be refilled, we asked an employee about a specific sale, and he walked us over to the product, told us about it, and suggested a few items for us.”
