This is the first time I’ve spoke to somebody and I didn’t feel like they were just trying to push me to buy more. I own a small business and money can be tight at times, Sarah was amazing showing me how to look at my plan to really decide what options I need and explaining all of the plans thoroughly! She didn’t force me into one, At no time did I ever feel like she was just explaining circles around things so I would keep certain features that I possibly didn’t need... after going over everything Sarah told me to think about it and call her with any questions. She took her time with me and not once did I ever feel like she was just trying to get my money. I am extremely grateful to Sarah and her help and I will definitely be back to the store !”

I decided to try to tone them myself and went to this Sally location. The girl in there was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She pointed me to the exact items I needed to buy and told me how to use them. She also had a recommendation for a hairdresser not too far away! I’ll be back to this location even though I live only about a 1/2 mile from another location. I’m so happy with the results I got. My highlights now look like what I’m used to getting!”

“McClintock installed a new upstairs system for us in August/2018 and performed a followup service/ check on 2/28/19. Brent, our technician, did a great job going over both the new system as well as the older downstairs system and making a few minor adjustments. Our downstairs system(older/not theirs) requires special filters - he helped me find replacement filters on Amazon and ensured I understood how to access the panel and properly install them. I would highly recommend McClintock both for a new system at a competitive price as well as ongoing service and maintenance.”

She showed me different frames and styles within my budget and guided me to a pair that I love. She told me all of the options in detail and gave me information on why any add ons would make sense, and I chose what I wanted to add with no pressure.
