I got in touch to request information about the hardwoods used, but then also asked him for advice on how to repair a few "pops ups" I had in the flooring. Instead of telling me how to do it over the phone, he and an associate of his actually came out and fixed the floor pops. They were both so nice and professional. He didn't need to do this, by any means. He went above and beyond, and i was so surprised and grateful. If we ever had to install hardwoods again, Bill Lebeau and team would be the first call I'd make.”

“This place really helped me get to where I needed to be mentally. I liked my stay here and would recommend it to anyone. There are some things I would tweak. 90% of the time no one will come and get you from your room if there is a group which is detrimental to our treatment, I believe. You have to stay in the dayroom all day so you don't miss anything. So I would say announcing group over an intercom or getting staff to knock on doors to let us know would be awesome.”
