“I'm not sure what these other folks are complaining about. I've worked with Steve and his company for the last three years and my yard is greener than any other yard in the neighborhood. My guess is they didn't do what Steve told them to do…probably didn't water their yard per his recommended plan. If you want excellent service, a green yard, and a company that stands behind its products then you want lawn doctor. We left another national company three years ago and started working with Steve with Lawn Doctor. Our yard went from OK to excellent in one season. I've worked with Steve one on one over the past three years to turn our yard into a green palace. I highly recommend the company. Steve will tell you that if you have any questions to give them a call. When I've done that in the past, he typically drives out to my house and meets me to look analyze the issue and create a plan to resolve. When we move we will be hiring Steve to take care of our yard at the next house. Great products, amazing customer service, and great company.”

“I was very pleased with the service I received from Southern Advantage. I ordered a refurbished JVC- SRDVM700 to use for recording the services at our church. When the unit arrived, I could not get it to work, so I called Southern, and the technician patiently walked me through all the possible troubleshooting steps. He was very kind and did not treat me like I was technically inept. After trying several scenarios, he told me that he would just ship another unit to me. Within two days, the unit arrived and it worked perfectly. I was very impressed with the way I was treated, and I would highly recommend this company.”

The staff was very friendly and made it seem as if we had been old friends. The food was just plain delicious. It had the right amount of seasoning and the portions were generous. “Like many businesses these days this location seems to have experienced it's fair share of employee turnover. We've experienced this at my place of business as well. This typically will result in less than stellar service as employees gain experience. That being said, overall I've found this Papa John's location to be generally busy, yet still deliver great and friendly service. We order Pizza at least once week and our orders are always ready on time and correct with maybe one exception. In that instance I was offered a free drink or cookie pizza to compensate and I found that to be more than satisfactory. I'd rate this location a 4.8. Since that's not an option 5 stars it is!”
