“I love shopping here during anytime in the week because it is never crowded or packed like Costco. This warehouse has everything that I need and want for my bathroom and kitchen. They have a great selection of foods and essentials for the home. I also love that it is just five minutes from our house. “You don’t think of great and comfortable service when renting a truck, but I got more. I did forget the lady’s name but she had braids or twists I’m not sure. She helped me get my truck and verified the process with me. I enjoyed her attitude and the gentleman who checked my truck in with dreads was very kind as well. “We hired Carolina Home Enhancements to rebuild our deck. We were looking for a wood product that wasn’t treated, since we were trying to take a more natural and environmentally friendly approach. Sam Moore suggested a product that he had heard of but hadn’t previously worked with, and the minute we saw the Pure Wood, we knew that was what we wanted. Sam contacted the distributor and managed to acquire the materials for the job by driving to the factory and picking it up. We were impressed by his drive and determination to get us the product we asked for. He even made sure that he had the installation and care instructions directly from the manufacturer prior to beginning work. We really appreciated how well Sam kept in touch with us during the job. He even did some extra work around the house, like fixing a couple of the thresholds, and when we saw some cracks during the walk through, he and the crew were quick to replace the boards. Weeks later we noticed that more and more of the boards were splitting. When Sam contacted the manufacturer of the Pure Wood, he discovered that they had gone out of business and that the product was no longer under warranty. So even though it wasn’t any fault of Carolina Home Enhancements, Sam refunded the cost of the product and made good on the job he had undertaken. In this day and age, it is so nice to see a company make good on their warranty and to keep their word (the way it used to be). Carolina Home Enhancements truly cares about their homeowners and the quality of their work and we would not hesitate to recommend them!”

Not only were my husband and I impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how, obviously, well maintained it was, our agent, Pamela, greeted us with a welcoming smile and a confident handshake. As newly transplanted residents, Pamela was professional and patient as she explained the entire process very clearly answering all of our questions to our satisfaction. She "chauffeured" us to our units in the customer care carts and demonstrated the easy opening and closing of the secure gates. “So I hadn't been to get a pedicure in about 8 months so I was long overdue. The technician that did my nails was so patient and kind. He smoothed out calluses and everything. And then to top it off was a fantastic got massage. My manicure also looks great. My cuticles were all dry and crashed. Now they look so good that I don't have to hide my hands. Pleased with my whole experience.”
