“Dec. 14, 2018 - My husband and I returned yesterday from our pilgrimage to the Holy Land with Christopher Cross. This is the pilgrimage for you if you would like to enhance your relationship with God and experience the places where Jesus lived, died and rose from the dead from a Catholic Christian perspective. Chris is perfectly qualified and still enthusiastic after leading *80* groups of pilgrims to the Holy Land. We visited and celebrated Mass at most sites represented by the mysteries of the rosary, as well as many other sites that are mentioned in the Gospels. We enjoyed the companionship about 40 other pilgrims, including three priests and a deacon. Although we didn't know anyone else before the pilgrimage, sharing our faith on this beautiful journey quickly created new friendships. It may take a lifetime to completely unpack all the gifts God gave us on this trip of a lifetime. Do not hesitate, go to the Holy Land with Catholic Holy Land Pilgrimages as soon as you can!”

“Great place to hang out, watch games, have a beer with friends. Large bar seating area with an ever-changing list of brews. They mark the local beers so you can try something new that was made nearby. Favorite sandwich is the honey-Swiss chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. Good stuff. No charge for parking. Since it's in a neighborhood, lots of locals just walk. Downsides are that the pool table took some water damage and is a bit rough (correct me if this gets fixed). Also, there is no handicap access as you will need to ascend quite a few stairs. Nice covered patio seating outside, but smoking is allowed outside, so you may need to be okay with that.”

No sales people pushing supplements, packages and plans on me. Just a guy in great shape talking to me about healthy natural choices and showing me great workouts. Sometimes using equipment and weights I don't have and sometimes just my body weight and items around my house. David makes it real life. And all at the most reasonable rates of anyone I researched. Honestly, this place is less "personal training" and more "personal. training.". ”

The Yoga Om is a studio where you grow your practice. Joy, our teacher brings exactly that—joy. The way she teaches and applies the practice to everyday life does not bring ephemeral happiness, but lasting joy that develops from commitment. Although it is ashtanga yoga, her classes are not some predetermined set of postures. She works with each student at their level and with their potential in every class. She KNOWS her students. If you want music blaring in the background while you practice, this is not the place. If you want a quick workout, this is not the place. This is a school where you’ll learn yoga as practice and tradition, and where you can become a part of the community. I am deeply grateful to have all of this so close to home. Most people have to pay thousands of dollars to travel to India for a few weeks only to get a taste of what Joy offers to us everyday.”
