“We had to replace a cook top in our kitchen, so after waiting for a while at Home Depot, we went to Plaza Appliance in Pineville. Having dealt with them in the past during a kitchen remodel, we found them to be informative and easy to work with. This experience was the same way. They set up an installation date, called ahead of time the morning of, came on time, installed the cook top in less than 30 minutes, and called a few days later to be sure everything was satisfactory. We dealt with Curtis and our installer, Fernando. We could not have been more pleased with this whole experience. I am never going to consider going to Lowe's or Home Depot again for a major appliance. These people did what they said they were going to do and we had such great service. They are the best!”

Paul (the store owner) is truly amazing and has been beyond helpful in making sure we got exactly what we needed for a great price.
