I really know what it's like to work with a property management company that does it wrong (Park Avenue Properties). My experience with MW Properties has been a night and day difference from my old company. They go above and beyond to help you as an owner, and a tenant. Looking at some of these complaints, they really need to be directed at the property owners. The landlord has very limited capability without approval from the owner. I would recommend Mark Waters and his team to any owner or tenant based on my experience, and I'm very hard to please.”
