“I had a last minute crisis with my bridesmaid dress (when the wedding was only 4 days away!)...needed the dress the be let out a little and after every other place told me they couldn’t do it I came here. She was very reassuring she would do the best she could to let out as much as she could and it would be done in 3 days! Well not only did she fix it but also had it done by 6pm the next day! Definitely saved the day for me!!”

Once my order was requested in pay for the individual humanoid that was at the counter that evening was not very pleasant and extremely rude and did not have the overall courtesy and decency to show me the food and she had done for the prior patrons before me.”

“Although the staff is highly trained, one member's knowledge, skills, ability and professionalism surpasses the rest. I have used several members on different occasions for service but returned to Ms. Kim as she listens to my request, concerns and has consistently provided impeccable service. Ms Kim admits that she is also quite skilled in doing pedicures and takes pride in a job well done. “I have been a resident of Brookdale Carriage Club for more than 3 y ears. I have a spacious apartment with a full kitchen and the convenience of a washer and dryer in the apartment. The community provides approximately 25 meals per month with lunch and dinner having 4 courses and 10 main course items to choose from. More than adequate to satisfy most taste buds. I find the staff to be most friendly and accommodating to residents needs as are the residents friendly and the Friday's happy hour a wonderful time to get together, while daily activities are provided for resident participation. The facility is on a campus like setting with many trees and apartments having a beautiful lake view of the lake, especially in the fall as the trees turn their bright colors. I have a two bedroom apartment and my brother joins me from New Jersey for the winter months. I enjoy my stay here and would recommend the facility to others.”
