I was recently rear-ended in Raleigh, and found Tunstall-Williams because it's super close to my home. Tim made this entire process a breeze! Extremely transparent with the work on the vehicle, and very communicative to all parties involved in the payment process. It was done quicker than I imagined, and the vehicle looked better when I picked it up than when I bought it. They saved us money, but got it done PERFECTLY. No cut corners here. Had an 18 year old Ram 2500 in great condition except for paint. I couldn't afford to paint the whole truck but they recommended I let them clean and buff the truck and see what parts really needed paint. The buffing really made a big difference so I only had to paint the parts the sun had damaged. The bill was less than a third of a complete paint job and they blended the paint so well it looks fabulous. Thanks for working with me and keeping me updated throughout the process.
