When I first went to see Susan, I had been told by doctors to go on a low food map diet.I had been on this diet for six months. Each time I visited the doctor, she said to continue on this diet. At that point, I had lost weight and I was afraid to eat. With Susan help, I discovered that I had several food allergies. She took the time to plan menus and write receipts for me. She helped me to enjoy eating again. Susan has turned my life around. I now enjoy a healthy diet and I am free from many of my IBS systems.
Susan is hugely knowledgeable, experienced and kind helper. My health improved in various and sometimes unexpected ways. Go to see her!
