  After reading Google reviews for CHT, since they are convenient to my path of travel, I called to schedule an appointment. I wanted an oil change, fluid, tire and engine check and headlight upgrade information. Curt was able to schedule me for that afternoon, give recommendations for services to be done during the appointment, for the next appointment months away and for a few things I am interested in but did not know where or how to have them done. My Honda Hybrid has 255k mls and has been well cared for. Curt and the mechanics were able to verify all is in top order and help me with various mechanical interests. This business does not overbook which is one of my top 5 criteria!!!! Very professional, respectful of customer’s time, knowledgeable and timely! Very important aspects for me the busy and efficiently person/customer!

  I was able to order my own hitch and it was placed in less than 30 minutes. The sales associate Curt, was very helpful. Thank you for being so patient and kind with your customers.

  On short notice I needed an oil change so I scheduled an online appointment. It was a very easy scheduling format and a representative even emailed me to confirm the appointment the next day. I’m new to Durham so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I saw the reviews were good. I went in and everyone (even technician who got my car) was wearing masks and taking socially distancing seriously. I only had to wait about 45 minutes total. Their waiting room had snacks, outlets and comfy chairs!
  
  They had great online deals, fair prices and everyone treated me like family. Will definitely be back for any auto needs!
