They were caring and kind, and I was in and out in a very quick time! And it was a Saturday. Very impressed, you all should be proud of yourselves, thank you so much.

(August 8, 2019, 8:31 am)The NPs were great! Nurses seemed happy to work there. I came in on a Sunday morning and everything was very fast. I reserved my spot online and was in and out in less than an hour. Very clean facility.

My past experiences w/ urgent cares have not been the best, so I was skeptical.. I am able to go online and book appt within the hour, complete paperwork ahead of time, and not only that, as soon as I get there I am escorted back to the exam room within 10 minutes !!!
The NP was excellent. Better than doctors I’ve seen. She was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient, listening to me ramble on about various unrelated ‘problems’. She help me obtain referral for skin procedure on top of that!
To save time, complete the following BEFORE you arrive:
- Reserve your appt online thru their website
- pre-fill the paperwork
- activate/register UNC mychart account online
