  Amazing food and service. The take home meals are fabulous, better than most restaurants. They make food I don’t usually eat (okra, collard greens) taste good enough to enjoy.

  Our first time at the Root Cellar has been amazing! Chase not only made sure we felt welcome, but was sure to assist us with every question and dietary concern. The food is incredible, but he has made our experience here one to remember! I will be notifying google to install a 6th star button.

  Nice place to grab breakfast or lunch. I got the breakfast burrito and my wife got the grit bowl. The portions are very large for the price. Tons of flavor and made from scratch. Would love to come back and try their pizza.

  Wonderful spot for a brunch date, coffee break, or dinner with the family. The Root Cellar's dedication to fresh, scratch-made food, sourced from local farms pairs deliciously with it's unconventional decor and atmosphere. Your wait for a hot drink at the coffee counter might be long on busy days, but it's worth it!
