Dr. Drake preformed life threatening airway surgery on my infant. He is now 5 and you would never know what he has been through. Dr. Drake took care of my baby and held my hand through the process i will forever be grateful.

I found out about Dr. Drake by searching the web for Pediatric ENT’s. My son has had chronic ear infections since he was 7 months old. He’s been prescribed several rounds of antibiotics over the past year that hasn’t seemed to help so I felt I needed to take a step further and have him examined by a specialist. Our initial visit with Dr Drake was short and sweet. She was very professional, informative and happy to answer questions making it very easy for us to decide how we’d like to move forward. We decided that ear tubes would be best for him. The day of the procedure was nothing short of AMAZING. The entire staff treated my family with care. Dr. Drake came in to see how we felt prior to the surgery and to make sure there were no unanswered questions. When they took my little guy back I felt reassured that he was in great hands. She also came out to update us on how the procedure went and to go over next steps. It is now 2 days post surgery and he’s doing great. I highly recommend Dr. Drake and her staff!

My daughter started seeing Dr. Drake when she was in kindergarten. We drove almost 2 hrs to see her because the doctors in my area would not help us. My daughter has was having severe issues in school that we felt were related to a hearing problem. She would fail every hearing test and the other doctors would either say that she was just too young to understand how to take the test or say she had ADHD and want to give her a pill. We felt as if the problem wasn't hyperactivity, and wanted another opinion. After visiting Dr. Drake and taking the proper testing, Annah-Grayce was diagnosed with Eustation Tube Dysfunction. It was causing problems where her eardrum didn't move properly thus the hearing loss. Good news was that it was something that would correct itself over time. Dr. Drake was the only doctor who even took the time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly evaluate our young daughter. Dr. Drake also felt as if some of our concerns were warranted additional testing which we did at another University. Shortly afterward, our daughter was evaluated and it was discovered that in addition to the tube dysfunction she had Auditory Processing Disorder. My daughter is now in the 8th grade and is doing very well. She still has issues with the Auditory Processing Disorder but is receiving therapy to learn to cope and overcome her disorder. The tube dysfunction did indeed correct itself with NO MEDICATION. Additionally with tge APD, it is proper to be correctly evaluated for ADHD. It was completely ruled out for Annah-Grayce. Had we not seen Dr. Drake our daughter would have been misdiagnosed and not receiving the proper care for her true issues. Thank you Dr. Drake. It is now 8 years later and time for Annah-Grayce to be seen again. We probably could find a doctor closer by why? Seeing her at the end of the month!
