    I just want to give a shout out to Lawton at Extra Space Storage in Norman for going above and beyond in every situation! I’ve been renting a unit for over a year and a half and he’s always been extremely helpful with every issue! Thank you for your kindness and help. This is the BEST storage place I’ve ever used and they have the absolute BEST customer service!

    Great location with friendly staff and great prices. Special thanks to Lawton for the amazing customer service he has provided for my 3 year stay. I would recommend this location if you need a storage space and I will return to this location or another Extra Space if I need storage again.

    Nice staff. Convenient rental process. Biggest problem with this specific company is that two months after doing a month by month lease, I was notified that my monthly rent would increase by almost $200 a month. I understand it is within their rights to change the monthly rent due to no lease being signed. New renters may take into consideration that the monthly rent can rise at any moment due to the month by month agreement.

    Super place! Would definitely use extra space storage again! The Bedford, TX site had great staff and customer service. Rental setup and exit processes were seamless. The staff was super helpful and anticipated our every need. After 9 months our daughter's college belongings were in perfect shape. Great overall experience, and we highly recommend.
