She was having some difficulty with her hearing aids and her ability to hear at a basic level was greatly impaired. Allen was incredibly patient and helpful and re-adjusted both of her hearing aids, masterfully utilizing the advanced technology that's used to adjust these newer devices. Within a few minutes he brought a smile to my mother's face when suddenly, she could hear us speaking at a normal level. Thanks again to Allen for helping her out and for being so kind, capable and professional.
