Their system is easy to learn and navigate and requires very little training. Any add-ons I have needed, they have. They include IVR, integrated POS, Rx scanning, real-time backup, workflow automation integration, and an inventory management program that is better than any I have ever used or purchased from other dedicated vendors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are looking for a cost-effective pharmacy system that will do all the things you need.
