Had a very good experience buying a bed. Mercedes helped me, she was affable and helpful and patient as I peppered her with questions. Bought a new bed and she made it a great experience. Thanks very much!
Now, EA stuff is much nicer and more expensive than the other stuff I looked at. My previous bed purchase, maybe 15 years ago, was from EA and is going strong long after many lesser furniture items have perished.
Mercedes our design consultant has been extremely helpful with the remodeling of our kitchen dining area and great room. She came to the house to take pictures and measurements of the space we wanted help with. She listened to my ideas and was able to give her professional advice without any pressure. Within 1 week, Mercedes had created a beautiful updated space for our new home. Currently we have the same Ethan Allen furniture from 2005. The furniture has held up for so many years so I wanted to replace with new and updated EA furniture. I can’t wait for our order to arrive. I will have to be patient because the order will not be here for 3-6 months. Thank you Mercedes!
We have been so pleased with Ethan Allen’s quality and customizable options but what really has been amazing are the design services. We have been working with Donna for years and she has helped us pick out our sectional couch, leather recliner and most recently our new bed. She is amazing at learning what you like/don’t like and making suggestions based on something that will not only be gorgeous but will fit your style. She has helped us pick out paint colors and worked with our other furniture to make it all look seamless. She never once was pushy with us and was always patient whenever I would have a hard time making a decision or would change my mind last minute.
We are now working with her on picking out a couch for our piano room and it’s so exciting working with her again.
Donna Wargo is our designer. She was so helpful in selecting 2 new chairs and the fabrics. I was very comfortable working with her. No pressure design service. No other furniture store has the beautiful fabric selection that Ethan Allen has. I have been an Ethan Allen customer for 30 years and have never been disappointed. Worth every penny. My chairs are custom made in the USA, and that's important to me. Thank you Donna.
We went to Ethan Allen looking for multiple items to put on our new home while it was under construction. We sat down with one of the designers to view our floorplans and what we wanted to accomplish. Donna Warhol was wonderful and used our colors throughout the design. She designed our gathering room around the sectional and the instillation was simple. we liked the design & purchased our bedroom from Donna. We have additional items in production and is scheduled to be delivered in mid & late May. I recommend taking time to review your plan with an Ethan Allen designer.
As always, GREAT care and service that does not try to sell glasses or contacts just to line their pockets. If your eyes are the same as the year before and your glasses are still good, there is no pressure to pick up a new pair, insurance or not. We appreciate Dr. Rogers and his staff for these and other reasons!
The staff is amazing! They are both friendly and professional. The doctor is very personable and provides the best possible care .
Safely and effectively moved me through the appointment. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Optomap over the pupil dilation.
Dr. Marshall is caring, competent and professional. I would highly recommend him. I do not like the overkill by office staff to confirm appointments...at least 3 per visit. Perhaps that is necessary for new patients but not for those of us who have been patients for years. One reminder is great...no more, please.
