The residents have changed but the historic trailer park is over seen buy Mrs Martin and many of her relatives reside or visit and keep a good eye on everything. M.R.T.P. Everything is gossip so create a good persona. Dogs. Motorcycles, ATV'S WERE always prohibited. Making it a boring place ( for me) growing up. Lots of chicano's and Hispanics. As it used to be predominantly white community.”

He met me there and explained everything to me and my wife in detail and the material he would use to update our plumbing. After seeing his proposal it didn't fit our budget at the time. So we put the project on hold for a month or so. When we decided to move forward. we contacted Steve and he set a time frame start to finish. He was there everyday until the plumbing was completed. After the first day I wasn't too happy about some attention to detail, but they more than made up for it once they heard out some of my concerns and understood my (possibly overboard) expectations. I'd hire Scott again even though he probably wouldn't touch my projects with a 10 foot hammer. 🙂”
