Covered area for picnics

It is a beautiful park that is so peaceful. There is a learning bridge that tells you what you can see as you walk around it.

Nice trail with a view of the lake. It's definitely a lot prettier during the spring and summer months since it's a nature trail, but we still like to go during the fall & winter months even though it's a bit mucky looking.

The wooden bridge is up to date & has a decent amount of benches & gazebos for you to rest and take in the view.

They have a little area where I assume dogs can go up, down & around to get a bit of simulation, but I don't think it's off leash. They do have bins & poop bags at the beginning of the trails' entrances.

Charles Creek park is a nice park to have an event. There is a nice pavilion with restrooms. There is a boardwalk over the river. There is a place to fish and a playground for the kids.
