Absolutely wonderful, caring, knowledgeable Doctor and Nurses that work here....BUT, my appointment was at 1:05pm, I didn't go back until 2:30pm, procedure didn't start until after 3:00pm, and I didn't get out of there until 4:30pm and that is with no procedural complications. So while everything was wonderful procedural wise, and Doctors/Nurses wise, something needs to be done with scheduling so it goes smoother, and the wait isn't ridiculous like it is. You have an appointment for a reason, you should be back and ready to rock around that time! Leave more room between procedures and appointments and everything will run a lot better. Waiting that long when you have an appointment time is not good.
