I did 7 Dell updates and afterwards a big mess. I couldn't get into Windows to do a restore to go back to previous point. My screen was black and only had access to the F12 and F2 functions. Every fix I read online for 2 days didn't work for me.
I dropped my computer off and they fixed it within a day! Excellent service. I received phone calls from Shawn updating the situation and I am so thankful that they got us back up and running. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great service!

Laptop hacked wouldn't even turn on. Gave me an estimate of $125 . Fixed even upgraded to Windows 10. Had problems with printer later fixed at no charge. They have been great fast and professional. Can not recommend enough.
