(October 16, 2023, 9:14 pm)I would like to thank the Auto Care Center staff for assisting me during an emergency battery replacement. I purchased a new battery, but then found out it was dead after installing it in my vehicle twenty minutes later. They tested the bad battery, checked the replacement, and even attempted to make the exchange when Customer Service initially refused. Thanks again!
