The family received a phone call from their chaplain the same day of initial visit. Her nurse, Elizabeth, was compassionate with our mother, checking on her whenever she was in the facility seeing other patients. My family really appreciated her gentle, "take all the time you need" attitude as she guided us through the end of life experience with mom.
