(June 15, 2021, 11:10 am)We have owned a wakeboarding boat since 2004 and I feel confident in telling you that you are not going to find anyone more knowledgeable about the boat industry or better at customer service than Lisa Wright and Jimmy Wright. We recently purchased our new Axis from them at the Hyco store and they were able to help us make a good decision on the type and size of boat we needed based on our needs and what we wanted to do on the lake. Never any pressure or upselling, they genuinely just wanted to help us make the right decision for our family so we would be happy long term.
After we purchased, Jimmy took the time to take us out on the boat for the first time. He showed us how to work everything on the boat (ALL the bells and whistles). That was truly above and beyond.
There were a few more questions that popped up after using the boat for a month or so and I could easily get those questions answered.
We have returned to the store on multiple occasions to purchase bumpers, wakeboard and surf ropes, life vests, tube, boards and boards 😁. Each time we walked through the door we were greeted by Lisa who was always happy to see us and she took the time to help us in making a decision in what we were looking to purchase. I truly could not ask for better service than what this team provides. I am happy to be a supporter of the Inland family!
Just a little add on…I told you that we have owned a boat since 2004. If it gives you any insight into their experience, Jimmy and Lisa also sold us our first boat back in 2004 which we still have. So as a second time buyer, I just want to say that they are truly amazing! -
