Matthew Grande Apartments

Probably the best apartment complex in Asheboro. Loved my time living here and was sad to to. Management takes really good care of the place and the residents and even does extra things for the community. The place was built well because I never had a problem or heard my neighbors. If we ever had a maintenance issue, they were quick to resolve it for us. They even re-paint and replace all of the carpet before each new resident moves in! Would highly recommend.

I live in Mathew Grande and we have maintenance people who are so good, Carlos and Aaron come right away when we have any problem and
Carlos or Aaron fix it right away, they are great I have lived in many places, but I can tell anyone that this is the best place to live because of Carlos and Aaron they are very friendly to everyone , I thank God for bringing me to Matthew Grande, we also have the best rental office people Alexis and Hector go over and beyond to help anyone with their rental needs or problems and they are super nice, this is why I will never move from here, Thank you Alma Morgan Apt 6A.

The staff and maintenance team at Matthew Grande apartments are some of the nicest most helpful people I’ve ever met. They really make an effort to get to know everyone that lives there and build relationships. They are quick to respond and help when needed. I don’t have one complaint about living here.

I am a current resident at Matthew Grande Apartments. I have been living here with my family for almost 4 years and happy to call it our home. Marcy and the office staff is awesome and always greet with smile. The maintenance team is great and always go above and beyond to fix the issues in a timely manner.
Matthew Grande is a very quiet and peaceful place. The community is very nice and never had any issues with any of my neighbors. I would recommend Matthew Grande 100%.
