I have been seen by Dr. Sisco and Brian, PA for a broken ankle. The care I've received over the past 2 weeks has exceeded my expectations.
First, the front desk staff is friendly and this practice actually sees patients at scheduled time! It's refreshing to go to a medical appointment scheduled at 2:45 and be called to exam room at 2:45.
Most of my visits have been spent with the wonderful staff: Maggie, Cassie, and Kim have been great to work with. They are caring and professional.
If you need orthopedic care, this is the place to go!
This office has a friendly and welcoming environment. I had called early morning to schedule an appointment and was able to be seen that same day in the afternoon. Thank you Rebecca for your help, you are the best! I enjoyed the staff and Erin Poarch, PA. She was very helpful at explaining every detail she noticed in my x-rays. It’s good to have Doctors that can make you feel better by the end of your visit. Not to mention the discount! :)
I had been dealing with severe neck and nerve pain for 2 and a half years. I went to several other Doctors and offices, when I came to Randolph Orthopedics, They acted like my life and pain mattered. The entire staff, as soon as I walked in the door, were trying to help me. Dr. Durrani looked over my previous films and right away said we need to get you fixed up. They scheduled my X-rays, my MRI and inside a month had me scheduled for my surgery. Now I'm not going to lie, I was extremely worried I was making a mistake, because all the others I'd seen, said the surgery may help and it may make things worse. I checked in to the Hospital on August 1, 2022, I had about a 3.5 to 4 hour surgery and when I woke up, I felt the best I had in a long Time. I had about a day of recovery time in the Hospital there in Asheboro and They sent me home.
Folks, I haven't had pain or numbness in my Neck, Shoulder or hands since I went in for the surgery. I didn't take 1 dose of anything for any pain except 2 Tylenol twice for head aches, and I was back at work in 2 weeks. For the record I had Anterior Cervical Discectomy, I had 2 damaged Disc removed, several bone spurs cut and shaved and 3 Vertebra fused together.
Today Sept. 1st 2022 is 4 weeks since my surgery and I feel like a new man. Thank you so much to all the staff and especially Dr. Durrani for helping me get my LIFE back. If you are hurting give Randolph Orthopedics a call....
I was with a senior friend with a knee injury. I go as an advisor and to remember what she cannot. They are very professional but also personable and kind, assisting and asking if either if us (I am also a senior) needed help. The Dr associate was intelligent, answered questions, reassuring. He reiterated several times, as my friend became upset with the probability of surgery (she is in a precarious state of health) yet he remained calm, and reassuring.
