My truck was overdue for inspection and I had been having difficulty making an appointment in any shop due to my work schedule. I was able to get off of work early one day, so I called around. When I called Wansley Tire and Automotive, the polite lady who answered the phone (Sorry I didn't catch your name) informed me that unfortunately, they did not have any appointments remaining, since it was already 4:30. After hearing my explanation on how I have been unsuccessful at getting an appointment around my work schedule, she worked me in for 5:00. I was very pleased with her willingness to work with me and to everyone involved in getting my truck right in and out. Great job guys.
The only negative I can possibly have is: Upon arrival, the lot was small and crowded, making it difficult to find an appropriate place to park.
Overall, very pleased with the staff and service.
