(June 5, 2022, 9:09 am)I can not say enough about the peace that falls in this place. The Communication between the staff with my family was outstanding. Very clean though out the building and rooms. Thank you to all the nurses and CNA’s. I would name them, but I don’t want to forget anyone. When my family was walking out of the building we left blessing. ❤️
(April 23, 2022, 11:46 pm)Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my mom. The staff was caring and kind and checked on mom often. The place is beautiful and peaceful and I found comfort in that. The staff at High Point hospital didn't take very good care of her, so when she got to Hospice and they bathed her, changed her clothes and she smelled so good, it meant the world to my family. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. She had a peaceful passing thanks to you all
(May 12, 2019, 2:07 pm)The facility is immaculate. The staff is kind, caring, & comforting. Always making sure patient and loved ones are comfortable and willing to answering any and all questions. Staff genuinely cares about the patient and the loved ones, even helping with the grieving process.
There is a visitor’s log in the patient’s room so the family is able to see the volunteers that stop in for the patient.
Always knew my loved one was taken care of when I wasn’t there until the very end.
(April 23, 2017, 8:07 pm)The staff here is wonderful. The place feels more like a home than a health care facility. Quiet and clean. Food, snacks and Wi-Fi available. Several family rooms and meeting rooms available. Great care from knowledgeable people.
