“We had just bought a home, moved in, and started having cloudy water so bad you couldn't see the bottom of the bath tub even though there was a water filter in the well line. There was a acid reducer & water Softener installed, but we found it had been put on bypass. Not knowing anything about these systems since every home we owned had no water issues, and not knowing any plumbers in this area, we called our realtor who suggested Tri State saying he is a water specialist. I called and spoke to Steve. He came over right away, tested the water and confirmed our fears. He had his crew come over the very next morning. They spent all day here removing the old system from the crawl space, and routing the water to our new system in our garage so that I can easily add salt and monitor it. Steve and his 3 men worked tirelessly, arriving early in the morning, and staying here until after 7pm. They did run into a few issues, but did not want to leave us overnight without a working system. Even so, Steve did not change the quoted price which we felt was very fair after doing research on this system & installation costs. But the biggest thing is even though I never met the owner Steve before, he treated me like his best friend helping me by discussing many things he noticed about our home that needed changes, and telling me of many suppliers of things we needed that had better quality & prices. I have never been so impressed with a plumbers work, fast, fair cost, and his men went to the extra effort of installing the system in a neat orderly manner. Since I look at it each time I walk through the garage, that is an added bonus. Steve also convinced us to have an osmosis system installed for our kitchen sink & connected it to our refrigerator. Our ice is now crystal clear. I can not say enough good things about this man, his workers (they were extremely considerate & polite), and his company. There are many plumbers in the area you can hire, but this company is what our realtor had stated,,, a Water SPECIALIST! If you have water issues, do yourself a favor, call Steve at Tri State! I was not paid in any way for this review and did not know any of the employees before hiring them.”
