10/5 ... service managers ALWAYS take care of the issue. Awesome guys who actually care about the customer. The big o on bell amd 61st ave left 4 of 5 lugs loose... had to hand tighten, asked these guys to check them out because I didn't have a torque wrench, I was in and out in less then 10 min and that's while they had a full parking lot and bays! Only guys I feel like I can trust to touch my car at this point. Every single person over there is awesome!

Great customer service provided by Jason and his team. This was also the first place that had an incredible digital diagnostic view on what my vehicle needed and what the mechanics recommended. No pressure at all for the recommended items and I was able to pick which items I wanted fixed much easier with the pictures. They even took pictures of items that were in the green and didn't need any work. Very thorough process. They even installed my hood struts I've been putting off for some time for free. I think I found my mechanics during my time in AZ.

First of all, I would like to start off by saying Shawn S. made the whole process very easy for me! He was friendly and very helpful with scheduling my appointment and stayed within my price range for new tires. I had two new tires installed on my vehicle and I was in and out of the shop within the hour. Overall, I received outstanding service provided by Shawn S. My experience was 4/5. I have a Honda Civic 2013. I had stock tires and one was missing a hub cap. I'm of course no expert in selecting tires or wheels but AJ was the one to assist me. Communication was constantly back and forth.Trying to get pricing, see if what I wanted was in stock, and to speak with AJ. It took roughly about 8 days for me to get information and decide what I wanted to do.

Once I decided, process was smooth. Waited for 2 hours. AJ did get me out by 11am since I work in Scottsdale so I appreciated that a lot! Do I think they could have done things differently, yes. But, I looked at them as the experts and they service me to the best of their abilities. A lot of these reviews are petty... Although, I enjoyed the service and my new wheels!

Overall happy with bunkbed I purchased here along with mattress they delivered it right to my house for an extra 80 bucks, I only had one concern talked to Rita and she did call me back with details, my daughter loves her new bunkbed friendly people , nice furniture easy laid back no stress for me cause it came right to me , I would come back here. As far as paint job in my daughters room that would me lol.

Really great selection, something to fit every budget. They have everything you will need for your home. They even have kids furniture, and a consignment section as well as brand new items! Great place to stop if you are needing any furniture or other furnishings. They also have decor like wall hangings/pictures, and rugs.
