Easy access. Very busy but can make appointments in advance. Doctors and aids are very nice.
I have been going to Dr's Vision on Professional Village Rd. in Reidsville for at least 10 years or so and am 100% satisfied with the treatment that Dr.Mark Cotter and his staff have provided. I was amazed at the attention to detail that Dr. Cotter and his entire staff gave my vision. He is a true professional that won't be satisfied until he knows that you are getting the best prescription that you can get and that the lenses made from this prescrition actually produce the lenses you need. I develped a torn retina in the past year - Mark caught this and sent me to a specialist that did laser surgery immediately to fix the problem - one that had he not caught it would have resulted in blindness in that eye. I am 100% satisfied with his exams, treatment and the pricing ... and of course I am also happy with the glasses that I wear daily to correct my near-sightedness. Thank You Mark !!!
I have been using Doctor's Vision Center on Professional Dr. in Reidsville, NC since 2001. Dr. Cotter and his staff have always been courteous, professional and very, very helpful. They patiently and thoroughly answer all of my questions and are always are able to make any repairs to my lenses and frames quickly and without charge. Sandy Barker, my optician, is a remarkable woman. She is the epitome of customer service and her dedication to my eyes and eyewear is unsurpassed.

My visit to the Doctors Vision Center was of top quality from the moment I entered the door. The receptionist was friendly and polite. When I went into the exam room, the attendant was kind, caring, and very thorough. When the Doctor entered the room, he immediately put me at ease, explained everything that he was doing, and answered all of my questions. All of this in less than 30 minutes. I am so impressed with this customer service.
