They arrived promptly on-time and serviced our units thoroughly. They gave me a report when they had completed the work. The weather did not stop them! We continue to be pleased with the professionalism of everyone at G&S, and we recommend them to everyone in this area.

(April 9, 2019, 8:41 am)The company was on time and professional. They worked through some adverse weather and still got the job done within they time they estimated. Another aspect I appreciated was they were the only company to notify me of an available rebate through the city I'm in and took the time to complete the paperwork for it. Overall, G&S is a good and honest company and I would work with them on future projects.

(February 18, 2019, 1:04 pm)I highly recommend G+S Heating Air Energy Service. Toby come and found the problem quickly. When all of this happened it was over the weekend and I had to wait till Monday to have my unit repaired. He made sure that my family had heat and I was very well pleased with him having compassion and helping us. If your in need of repairing/replacing your a/c unit he’s the man for the job.

(February 4, 2019, 12:06 pm)My heat went out on one of the coldest nights and it was the day before they were calling for snow. I called the emergency number around 8pm (Sat) but I really wasn't expecting anyone to come out that time of night. Toby returned the call and was at my home within the hour. He was able to detect the problem but it would require ordering a part. He restarted the heat and stated that he hoped that if would remain on so that my family and I could stay warm but it was no guarantee. The snow came Sunday morning and my heat went out that day around noon. Toby called on Monday to check on us and to inform us that the part was ordered and he would be out as soon as he received it. He called on Tuesday morning around 10 am and within 30 minutes we had heat. I know that this is a long post but when you find good caring individuals in customer service these days you have to share your experience. Thank you Toby and G&S you are "Blessed" to have such a genuine person on your staff.
