Fifth Third Bank & ATM

Friendly people, knowledgeable people, and excellent customer service. This is my new bank and I am well satisfied with my experience of creating a checking account and love the mobile app for my phone. Do not settle for other banks who just want you as a "number," choose 5th Third bank who values you as a person.

Love this bank! I was skeptical about this bank (I've never heard of it), but it is awesome so far.Tenneill White is a retail personal banker at this bank, and she is awesome! She knows her job and she knows it well! She helped me set up my bank account and gave me advice on how to save money, so I switched accounts. The people who work here are awesome, polite, and friendly! I hope this will be a great banking experience forever!

We just had the best experience working with Personal Banker, Tenneill White at this branch. We just happened to be in the area and said, "Let's stop in here" since we had some time to kill in the area. Mrs. White was so helpful and pleasant and made sure that everything was taken care of before we left. She was professional, yet down home. Even before we saw her, the tellers tried to help us in hopes that they could resolve the issue without having to wait on Mrs. White's expertise. We really appreciate that effort, as well. The Branch Manager popped in to check on us, as well. This is what PERSONAL banking and #customerservice should be like. Too bad we had to find it an hour away from where we live! ????
