(June 25, 2019, 6:54 pm)Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Tracy is very professional and at the same time very friendly. The maintenance men are great. They try very hard to fix whatever is wrong and do so in a friendly and professional manner. I love living here, and have only 2 things I really need to happen ASAP. I need a handicapped ramp at the trash dumpster and at the dog park so me and my service dog can use those amenities. Thank you for having a great place to live.

(May 31, 2018, 2:41 pm)I have only had 1 issue requiring a maintenance call and the maintenance team was amazing. I had been out of town and got back on a Sunday night and realized my air wasn't working. I left a message for the after hours maintenance people. They returned my call within 30 min and drove in from Kannapolis at 8:30 at night to check on the problem. The issue could not be fixed at that moment, but they resolved the issue by lunch the following day.

(March 27, 2018, 6:42 pm)Lived here 4 years now. Here's a few of the highlights... Tracy, the manager, has always been super nice, tentative and accommodating. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient on repairs or any other concerns. Plus it's a quiet place to live.
