Best Credit Union Overall, Their staff always goes far and beyond in any way that I need help with my accounts, Always helpful from anything in my checking account to my saving account even for loan their staff is very knowledgeable in every aspect of business and costumer services.
I applied for a personal loan for $500. I knew my credit wasn't the best. They emailed me two days later saying the check had already been mailed. I'm Greatful for the help I received from them. Also I like that they make payroll deductions. I Never have to worry about being late on any payments. Thanks again for your time and help!
I've been a member for going on twenty years, and even when I left Food Lion I kept my account. I'm SO glad I did.
Having worked as both a teller and an admin at big banks in the past, I have a deep appreciation for the personal touch and the attention delivered by a smaller credit union like this. When my mother died, they sent a lovely card. And every time I've had an issue, even if it was of my own making, they have always been courteous, friendly, helpful, and full of excellent advice. I got to know folks like Mary Jo (I still miss her!), Susan, and others by name and every one is just as sweet as can be.
I will NEVER leave this credit union. They have been nothing but good to me and mine from day one, and when bad things happen (divorce, stolen card, identity theft) they have always been alert, communicative, patient, understanding, and professional. Heck, they find out about things that went wrong with my account and call me to let me know before I even have a clue what's happening! Big banks don't take the time. These folks CARE, and it shows.
Please, if you ever need a bank that makes you feel like a person and not just a number, think about these lovely people. You won't regret it.
I have been a member for as long as I can remember. Ive been with food lion for almost 28 years and the ladies at the credit union are the best!!!! Always friendly and efficient! They definitely keep customer service their top priority!!!
