I LOVEEE working with Lindsay Riggs of B&R Realty. She goes above and beyond for her clients in ways other Realtors wouldn't even consider doing like staging "herself" so there is no staging charge! She will show property at dang near any time you ask and on a dime! It's also nice to know that if you work with Lindsay you get the benefit of a 2 Realtors as she partners with her Dad Tom (2 eyes are better than one!). Finally, these are some of the nicest people you will ever talk to in general much less real estate. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree I guess as both are sooo sweet! Couldn't ask for better service-highly recommend!

We used B & R Realty to sell the home of our deceased aunt in Charlotte. Lindsay Riggs’ guidance and advice provided before the 50-year-old house went on the market was invaluable (furniture to remove, what to keep for staging, a few suggested cosmetic repairs, and a company to help with the final house cleaning). The house sold in 48 hours with multiple offers well above the asking price. Lindsay worked incredibly hard for us, going above and beyond even after the house sold. The closing was complicated due to the number of heirs and the four different attorneys involved, but Lindsay proved to be very knowledgeable and helped us through to the end. She was very accessible and patient and always a good communicator. We can’t thank her enough!
