I bought a new car and she explained thoroughly by what "full coverage" meant and what I'd be paying for. Any issues or questions I've had she's helped me through and answered. My mother has been with her for years and now I see why she loves her so much. I wouldn't want to do business with anyone else. I would highly recommend Mrs. Howard to anyone.
