If you’re going to the allergy clinic plan to block off an extra hour at least because a miracle has to happen for you to be seen on time.

The Allergy clinic is the worst as far as when you’ll actually be seen. All the other clinics you get seen within +/- 5 minutes of your appt. The allergy clinic, though… I’ve never been put in the room before 15/20 minutes after my appt time. Today was 42 minutes, and it was a 30 second follow up. The patient after me was seen 25 minutes after his appt.

I leave an hour before my appt in order to check in 15 minutes before like the VA wants. Then I drive 40-ish minutes home. Having to wait so much time after the appt time to actually be seen in allergy can really impact patient’s day. We can’t even schedule other appts in order to reduce y trips to the VA due to the inefficiency of the clinic. I tried once and was late for my next appt.

So far, everyone else is great.

Everyone is very helpful and caring. The hospital is always clean. They have your health as top priority all the time.

The staff is very nice and helpful, I never wait long to be seen by a doctor, in the Emergency Room, outpatient appointments can take a long time which is why I give them 4 stars.
