  What an out of this world experience! I purchased a used car from this dealership. It wasn't even an expensive used car. But Tom Krug and the rest of the personnel I dealt with rolled out the red carpet and treated me like some kind of famous astronaut. The car was detailed to perfection and parked out front, warmed up and ready to go on the snowy, cold day I picked it up. Excellent communication throughout the process as I had to drive almost 4 hours to Buffalo to complete my purchase. I don't write too many reviews, but felt my experience with Tom and his team at Audi Buffalo was too good to not share. Thank you to their team for making my first Audi purchase a great experience. I'm looking forward to the day I can buy a new one off the showroom floor of their beautiful new facility!

  Everything from start to finish was done with excellence. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Even while in the middle of moving buildings they put full attention to their clients. I would recommend Towne Audi/VW to everyone in need of a vehicle.

  I will always trust my Audi with Audi Buffalo. I never had a problem after service. The technicians are excellent. Love them.

  Everyone i encountered was very friendly and courteous. The service was executed in a timely manner and I was on my way within an hour. I can recommend Audi Buffalo without hesitation.

  I take my car in once a year for service and deal with Allison. She always provides amazing professional service. Her and the staff know the cars inside and out and I have never felt uncomfortable about service. Everyone knows how expensive vehicles can be and it's not a good feeling if you can't trust the people who keep it running at performance levels. I love Buffalo Audi and can't wait to buy another car from them.

  This car lot is operated by two friendly, down-to-earth, older gentleman who don't just try to sell a car, but appear to make sure you are buying a car that is in the best condition possible for a price that is well within fair market value. They were both curtious, informative, and incredibly helpful during our time there shopping for a car.

  I got my first car here and Billy is really friendly! There’s really no pressure when you get there. Everything is priced pretty fairly. I really recommend this place! Customer service is great and the cars are great!!!

  Dealing with Eddie Funderburk and Bill Lawhon was nothing but a pleasant experience. I told Eddie which car I wanted and it was all shiny and cleaned up when I arrived for delivery. I would suggest to anyone to do business with Lawhon's. They really want you happy and do everything they can to make that happen.
