I've been banking with Woodforest for about three years. I live about 30 minutes away from this branch, and there is another much closer, but I prefer this location. Every time I come in, I am shown the utmost respect and attention. They do what they can to help. If the retail bankers don't know something, they will ask the manager. They will go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need.

I don't typically take the time to write reviews for companies or customer service experiences but an interaction I had with a gentleman at your branch compelled me to do otherwise. I came into the branch to make a deposit for my parents as they had other obligations that day and I had some free time. I was unaware of the deposit procedure as different banks handle things differently. Armando, the teller who assisted me in making this deposit, was very helpful and informative about the deposit procedures and made my transaction with Woodforest bank quick and effortless. I would consider opening an account with Woodforest in the future solely because of my experience with this gentleman.
This branch has been nothing but kind, considerate and welcoming to me and my family. It's really wonderful that we are recognized & welcomed with smiles, assisted with enthusiasm, and cared for like neighbors & friends. I am very thankful for all they do and appreciate their hard work.
