  Have read other reviews of this post office with complete confusion because what is described is not the post office I know. Somehow I have the feeling the reviews were written by people who are either very touchy or confused. I had horrible experiences with my old post office of Oakhaven - was hung up on and treated rudely and so on - but nothing remotely like that has happened here. The postmaster is a kind lady and she helped me when I was having trouble understanding something regarding change of address forms and also ensured that my packages were treated with care and got to the house on time when there was a difficulty with the sender. All my mail gets here on time, nothing gets lost, and this is poles apart from the post office in North Charlotte.

  I have had way more problems with locust post office than with this one as they are the ones that deliver packages. Staff is always respectful and quick and takes the time to explain anything I have questions about. I see many complaints but it's important to remember if you are courteous, you recieve courtesy back.
