  Staff was so very personable! Very knowledgable staff that took time to explain everything that they were doing! Not to mention, the prices are way better than anywhere around for even better care! Highly recommend.

  Dr. Jordan was exceptional. She went above and beyond and both she and her staff were thorough, compassionate and efficient. Most importantly, she listened to my concerns and the details of my issue and was able to accurately diagnose. She discussed treatment options in depth with me and was clear and up front about costs and expectations. Hank and I would highly recommend Bear Creek and Dr. Jordan.

  The staff at Bear Creek are AMAZING!! Everyone makes Moses (their patient) feel so loved. The staff is caring and is very knowledgeable. They make me feel like Moses is the only patient even though they are very busy. They don’t act rushed. They make sure I understand the diagnosis, treatment plan (medications incl. dosage, reason, possible side effects, etc and any other follow through care they want carried out at home), and follow-up appts.
  Immunizations and preventive care schedules are readily available on the Pet Desk app and reminders are also given by staff at Bear Creek when deadline is approaching.

  Bear Creek Veterinary Hospital was very kind and helpful to us and our dog, Daisy. It was her first time at the vet and she did real good. The veterinarian was gentle with Daisy and I would recommend Bear Creek Veterinary Hospital to anyone who is looking for a place with kind veterinarians and a place that has very reasonable prices.   My experience was amazing. Everyone was friendly and if I didn’t understand something they were very thorough with the explanation. When I left, I was very pleased with the Veterinarian and all of my questions had been answered! I know that my dog is in great hands when she goes here for anything she might need. They’re kind and affordable. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. ????
