(July 16, 2021, 3:17 pm)Everyone here was polite even though I showed up right before closing. Lot was clean and tidy and the forklift operator was cool for helping me load my pallet in a maybe not approved manner(but safe and a huge help).
I will say their phone tree for setting up an appointment could use some help. I talked to 4 people and got handed off to different people even though I was asking for a simple appointment scheduled. Oh well like I said before Everyone was nice so this is ok.
Won't be dreading having to hold large shipments at the Gardena Fed Ex dispatch in the future. -
