I highly recommend Keith Oliver. He is professional, thorough, and made sure I was protected. I've been seeing Dr. Runheim for 10 yrs. He's a great Dr. He is polite and a very busy man. He gets rushed sometimes as most Dr's do. I wouldn't want any other Dr. He knows what he's doing. As far as the staff, they've always been very nice to me. The PA is great as well.

The Doctor was GREAT! Bedside manners, explanations was good. He understood my fear of needles and was caring and gentle with the carpel tunnel test. HOWEVER, The other staffing - office administration and nurse were very cold and didn't look you in the eye or away from their computers to talk you. The nurse conversation felt forced and uncomfortably awkward. 4 stars for the doctor ZERO for the staffing. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for test results to be sent to the orthopedic even though the doctor showed me the results while i was still in their office...what is taking so long?
