Honda of Indian Trail

We went out on a full day of test drives to try out crossovers of multiple makes to get an idea of what we wanted to buy, and our best experience was absolutely at Honda of Indian Trail. Most of this was due to the privilege of working with Angel — the entire time we were with him, it felt like his biggest mission was to make sure that we were comfortable, informed, and overall pleased with the process rather than his top concern being trying to sell us a car (which is very rare these days). We later ended up learning that a relative was going to be able to give us an unbeatable deal on another vehicle, but I would not hesitate to go back to Honda at Indian Trail to work with Angel on another car purchase. A+, super nice and genuine guy. Ask for him!

When it comes to purchasing a new car, I enjoyed shopping at this dealership because they always listen to what I have to say in my concerns and what I’m looking for. They go out of their way to look for the items that I want and the terms that I want as well to. This is what makes me a repeat customer. I would like to give a shout out to Tracy Williams as she’s always looked out for me when looking for new cars within the Honda family. I’ve been coming to her for the last three years and enjoy every time she did have Stephen accompany me to make sure that I got into the car that I wanted mainly color specifics, and had all the features and accessories that I need. Tracy always goes out of her way to follow up with me every so often and remembers every detail that I tell her from my dogs to the cars that I like and expectations of color when searching for a new product. I will continue to come to indiantrail even though I live almost an hour away from the dealership. I will surely recommend people to the dealership if they’re in the market for a Honda and or used car as I know they are able to get various used cars from their sister stores as well to.

Had a great experience thanks to our salesperson Krist Bearden. Because we live over 2 hours away, we called ahead to make sure the vehicle was still on the lot. Krist checked on the computer AND went out to confirm it was still there before we drove over. Glad we did because the deal was very straight forward. Krist is very personable as well as knowledgeable about cars in general. He gave me facts that allowed me to make my own decision about purchase vs. being pressured. Very happy with the car and experience!
